Our store operates solely online and is dedicated to fulfil all orders made through our website. We provide door-to-door delivery and self-collection for all of our products.

Orders FAQs

Ordering Policy

All floral arrangements have to be ordered at least 2 days in advance (except Blooms of the Week). Orders can be made through our website or by contacting us via email/WhatsApp. All confirmed orders will receive an official receipt via email.

Payment Policy

Orders made online can be paid using all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Orders made through email/WhatsApp can be paid via bank transfer or PayNow. Kindly send a screenshot of the transaction receipt as soon as the payment is made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To make a cancellation, kindly contact us at dakotastudios.sg@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8816 2810. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. As flowers are perishable items, any cancellations made later than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund. All refunds will be made via bank transfer.

 

Customised Bouquets

To customise a bouquet, kindly WhatsApp us at +65 8816 2810. Our floral designer will be in touch with you directly. As our bouquets and arrangements are created according to our unique style, we do not fully replicate bouquets. We will do our best to create the design that you have in mind.

For those who would like to order one of our bouquets/arrangements that have been previously made, simply screenshot the image and WhatsApp us at +65 8816 2810.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

We offer free island-wide* delivery service to our customers from Mon-Sun (11am-5pm). All orders (except Blooms of the Week) should be made at least 2 days in advance. Same-day deliveries are subjected to availability, kindly contact us at +65 8816 2810 or drop us an email at dakotastudios.sg@gmail.com.

*Delivery service applies to all locations in Singapore except: Tuas, Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Camps, Airline Road, Sentosa Island, Airport Terminals, PSA ports, Sembawang Shipyard. Additional charges apply for deliveries to these areas.

Our delivery timeslots are 11am-2pm and 2pm-5pm. Delivery requests outside of standard time slots will be subjected to an additional charge of $12. If you require a specific delivery time, kindly drop us an email/Whatsapp us. Please note that requests are based on case-by-case basis, depending on the availability of our drivers. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery address on the specified date and time stated during order confirmation. Re-delivery charges will apply on case-by-case basis.

 

Care Tips

Upon receiving a bouquet, unwrap and place the flowers in a clean vase/container. Fill the water up to roughly 3/4 the height of the vase. Make sure that no leaves or flowers are submerged in water. Remember to change the water in the vase everyday. Optional: trim the stems of the flowers by 1cm every 2-3 days for longer-lasting blooms. See flower care for more information.
